Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, LLP served as local counsel to the above-referenced attorneys at Waldrep Wall in connection with filing the relevant applications and obtaining the entry of the Pro Hac Orders. 4. Waldrep Wall now serves as proposed co-counsel to the Official Committee of Tort Claimants II and Sherman Silverstein is proposed local counsel to that Committee. 5. Accordingly, we respectfully submit this certification to notify the Court that Sherman Silverstein will serve as local counsel to the attorneys at Waldrep Wall admitted pro hac vice by and through the Pro Hac Orders, specifically, Thomas W.
