deliberation, and good and sufficient cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The Motion is granted. 2. The time provided by Bankruptcy Rule 9027 within which the Liquidating Trustee must file notices of removal of the Civil Actions is extended through and including December 31, 2022. 3. The December 31, 2022 deadline to file notices of removal shall apply to all matters specified in Bankruptcy Rule 9027(a)(2) and (a)(3). 4. This Order shall be without prejudice to the Liquidating Trustee’s right to request a further extension of time to file notices of removal of the Civil Actions. 5.
