The Motion is granted as set forth herein. 2. The term of the Liquidating Trust is hereby extended to the earlier of (a) the finalization of the Liquidating Trust’s liquidation, administration and distribution of the assets of the Liquidating Trust and the full performance of all other duties and functions as set forth in the Plan and the Trust Agreement, or (b) December 31, 2022. 3. This Order is without prejudice to the Liquidating Trustee’s right to seek further extensions of the term of the Liquidating Trust in accordance with the terms of the Plan. 4.
