On January 6, 2021, the United States filed a statement of interest in support of the Debtor’s Discovery Motions [Dkt. 606]. In connection with the Discovery Motions, the Asbestos Committee and the FCR sought discovery, including depositions, and the Debtor responded to that discovery. In addition, the Debtor served limited discovery in connection with the Discovery Motions on the Asbestos Committee and the FCR, as well as on the Delaware Claims Processing Facility (the “DCPF”) and the Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust (the “Manville Trust”).
