If there are objecting parties, the Motion to Enforce will be heard at the hearing scheduled for October 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) before the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr. at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, One Bowling Green, New York, New York 10004. The hearing will be conducted via zoom. Absent any objections, the Motion to Enforce will be considered on presentment by this Court on the same date. 4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the terms and conditions of this Order are immediately effective and enforceable upon its entry.

On October 28, 2021, the Creditor Plan Proponents shall serve a copy of this Order, the Motion, and the Motion to Enforce upon all parties identified in the notice provision of the Motion, including Sun Securities Limited, by electronic mail, where available, no later than 2:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) and by overnight mail next day delivery. 6. The Creditor Plan Proponents are authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuate the relief granted in this Order in accordance with the Motion. 7. This Court retains exclusive jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to the implementation, interpretation, and enforcement of this Order.
