Any party who receives the Confidential Information in accordance with this Ordershall not disclose or otherwise disseminate this information to any other person or entity, including in response to a request under the Freedom of Information Act without the prior written consent of the Settlement Parties. 6. The requirements set forth in Bankruptcy Local Rule 9013-1 and Bankruptcy LocalRule 9037-1 are satisfied by the contents of the Motion. 7. Notice of the Motion as provided therein shall be deemed good and sufficient noticeof such Motion. 8. The terms and conditions of this Order shall be immediately effective andenforceable upon its entry. 9. The Reorganized Debtors are authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuatethe relief granted in this Order in accordance with the Motion. 3
