The Ad Hoc Crossover Group is authorized to cause unredacted copies ofthe DIP Objection and of the Confidential Materials to be served on and made available, on a confidential basis, to (a) the Court, (b) the U.S. Trustee, (c) any statutorily appointed committee in these chapter 11 cases, and (d) any other party as may be ordered by the Court. 5. Notice of the Motion as provided therein shall be deemed good andsufficient notice of such Motion and the requirements of the Bankruptcy Rules and the Local Rules are satisfied by such notice. 6. The Ad Hoc Crossover Group is authorized to take all actions necessary orappropriate to carry out the relief granted in this Order. 7.
