Microsoft objected to Debtor’s Notice of Cure Amounts with Respect to Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases of Debtor (Docket. No. 1317) because the cure amount listed for the Licensing Agreements was incorrect. The correct cure amount is $11,595.36. 3. Counsel for Debtor has agreed that the correct cure amount is $11,595.36, that this balance will be reflected on an amended cure schedule to be filed by Debtor, and that the cure amount will be paid prior to assumption.
