On June 3, 2020, the Debtors filed the Debtors' Motion for an Order Approving Procedures for the Sale of Remaining Liquor Licenses Free and Clear of Liens, Claims and Encumbrances and Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 454] (the “Motion”).2 2. On June 22, 2020, the Court entered the Order Approving Procedures for the Sale of Remaining Liquor Licenses Free and Clear of Liens, Claims and Encumbrances and Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 484] (the “Sale Order”). 3. proposed sale. 4. On May 7, 2021, the Effective Date under the Debtors Plan occurred. Under Section 1.116 of the Plan, the Sale Order remains in full force and effect, except that the Creditors Committee is deemed to have been replaced by the GUC Trustee. 5. On September 20, 2021, the Debtors provided notice of the sale pursuant to the agreement (the “Sale Agreement”) attached as Exhibit 1 to the proposed order attached hereto as Exhibit A to the GUC Trustee. The GUC Trustee has provided consent to the Sale Agreement. The aggregate consideration under the Sale Agreement is $50,000.00. 6. The Sale Order directs the Debtors to submit a proposed order under certification of counsel for approval of the sale, which shall be free and clear of liens, claims, and encumbrances. 7.
