I am an attorney-at-law in the State of New Jersey and a member of the firm of Fox Rothschild LLP (“Fox Rothschild”), counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Aluminum Shapes, L.L.C. (the “Committee”) in the above-captioned proceeding. 2. I submit this Certification pursuant to the Amended Administrative Fee Order Establishing Procedures for the Allowance and Payment of Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses to Professional Persons, entered on October 21, 2021 (the “Administrative Fee Order”) [Docket No. 193].

The Administrative Fee Order provides that each professional retained in this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 327, and to the extent applicable, §§ 328 and 1103, may file monthly fee statements on or before the 25th day of each calendar month for interim approval and allowance of compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses incurred during the immediately preceding month (the “Monthly Fee Statement”). 4. Pursuant to the Administrative Fee Order, an objection to a Monthly Fee Statement must be filed and served on the Professional filing such Monthly Fee Statement, as well as on the Notice Parties as defined therein, not later than fourteen (14) days after service of said Monthly Fee Statement (the “Objection Deadline”). Pursuant to the Administrative Fee Order, objections to the First Monthly Fee Statement were due by November 8, 2021. 6. To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, no objections have been filed to the First Monthly Fee Statement. 2

Accordingly, the Debtor should be authorized to pay Berkeley Research Group eighty (80%) percent of the fees and one hundred (100%) percent of the expenses requested in the First Monthly Fee Statement.
