In response to informal communications with the Office of the United States Trustee regarding the Fox Retention Application, I made a Supplemental Certification to Disclosures that is docketed at Docket No. 118 (the “Supplemental Certification” and together with the Original Certification herein called the “Disclosures”), and the retention was approved on October 4, 2021, by the Court’s Order that is docketed at Docket No. 140. 6.
