(collectively, “AlixPartners”), as financial advisor to Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V. and its affiliates that are debtors and debtors in possession in these Chapter 11 Cases (collectively, the “Debtors”), hereby submits this Fifteenth Monthly Fee Statement seeking compensation for professional services rendered and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for the period October 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021 (the “Compensation Period”), pursuant to the Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(A) and 331 Establishing Procedures for Monthly and Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Retained Professionals [Docket No. 360] and the Order Authorizing Debtors to Employ and Retain AlixPartners, LLP and AlixPartners International, Inc. as its Financial Advisor Nunc Pro Tunc to the Petition Date [Docket No. 452]. Detailed time descriptions of the services performed by each professional, organized by discrete project and by day is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Exhibit A (a) identifies the individuals that rendered services in each subject matter; (b) describes each activity or service that each individual performed; and (c) states the number of hours (in tenths of an hour) spent by each individual providing the services during the Compensation Period.

WHEREFORE, AlixPartners respectfully requests that: (i) it be granted an allowance of compensation for professional services rendered to the Chapter 11 Debtors during the Compensation Period in the amount of $2,137,549.20 (80% of $2,671,936.50), without prejudice to a final allowance of compensation; (ii) the Debtors are authorized and directed to pay AlixPartners the amount of $2,137,549.20 and (iii) that the Court grant AlixPartners such other and further relief as is just and proper.
