Keilson, hereby certify as follows: On September 30, 2021, CBIZ Accounting Tax and Advisory of New York, LLC (“CBIZ”), as financial advisor to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) filed their Combined Fifteenth Monthly and Fifth Interim Application for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of CBIZ Accounting Tax and Advisory of New York, LLC as Financial Advisor to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for the period from June 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021 (the “Application”) [D.I. 964]. VM Contracting Parties’ right to seek payment of amounts which may be due to the VM Contracting Parties under their contracts with the Debtors.
