The Debtors further give notice that this motion is subject to Bankruptcy Local Rules 1 9014-1(b)(3) and 3007-1, which provide that: 2 (i) A claimant must file with the Bankruptcy Court through one of the filing methods detailed below and serve upon counsel for the Reorganized Debtors, Julie 3 Rome-Banks, Binder & Malter LLP, 2775 Park Avenue, Santa Clara, California 95050 julie@bindermalter.com, with a request for hearing or opposition to the requested relief 4 within thirty (30) days of the mailing of this notice; 5 (ii) That a request for hearing or opposition must be accompanied by any declarations or memoranda of law the party opposing relief or requesting a hearing 6 wishes to present in support of its position; 7 (iii) If there is not a timely opposition to the requested relief or a timely request forhearing, the Court may enter an order granting the relief by default.
