1 Upon the application [Docket No. 1263] (the “Application”)1 of Hogan Lovells US LL2 (“Hogan Lovells”), as counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (th3 “Committee”) appointed in the jointly administered chapter 11 cases (the “Cases”) of the abov4 captioned debtors and debtors in possession (the “Debtors”) for final allowance of an5 compensation for professional services performed by Hogan Lovells in the amount 6 7 $4,925,034.74 and reimbursement of Hogan Lovells’ actual and necessary expenses incurred in th8 amount of $64,297.71 for the period of May 6, 2020 through and including February 26, 2021 (th9 “Final Fee Period”) as more fully set forth in the application; and upon consideration of th10 certifications of Richard L.
