was effectuated upon Confirmation and the Effective Date of the Plan, and John D. Cornwell was appointed as the Trustee. Pursuant to Plan, all Administrative Claims and all claims arising from the rejection of Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases (“Rejection Claims”) shall be filed no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date. Accordingly, under the Plan, the Administrative Claims Bar Date, as well as the deadline to assert Rejection Claims (the “Rejection Claims Deadline”), is February 1, 2021. See Plan, at Art. I.A.
