PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, on October 15, 2020, the Court entered the Proceeding Memorandum and Order [Docket No. 407], in which the Court, among other things, scheduled a two day evidentiary hearing related to the assumption of Pending Contracts and Deferred Leases, i.e. the Assumption Hearings, for January 19 and 20, 2021, as well as a prehearing conference for January 12, 2021 (the “Prehearing Conference”). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, on January 4, 2021, the Court entered the Supplemental Order Regarding Conduct of Prehearing Conference by Video [Docket No. 451] (the “Supplemental Order”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that parties seeking to participate in the Prehearing Conference must follow and adhere to the deadlines and procedures set forth in the Supplemental Order. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the failure to appear at the Prehearing Conference or to comply with any terms of the Supplemental Order, including the deadlines set forth therein, may result in further orders, including the imposition of sanctions against any person subject to the Supplemental Order, such as by issuance of a reprimand, monetary fine, and/or award of attorneys’ fees, as the circumstances warrant.
