ORDER AUTHORIZING REJECTION OF UNEXPIRED LEASES AND EXECUTORY CONTRACTS This case is before the court on the Omnibus Motion for Order Authorizing Rejection of Unexpired Leases and Executory Contracts (the “Motion”) filed by the above-captioned debtor (the “Debtor”). In the Motion, the Debtor seeks to reject certain unexpired leases and executory contracts. One of the unexpired leases identified by the Debtor is a distribution center lease between the Debtor and Illiana Realty, LLC. As the Court previously approved the rejection of that lease [Docket No. 145], the Court will not issue another order approving the rejection of the distribution center lease with Illiana Realty, LLC. Based on the Motion and the record, IT IS ORDERED: 1. The Debtor’s rejection of the following unexpired leases and executory contracts is approved and effective as of 11:59 p.m. on the date specified below:
