By this sixth monthly fee statement (the “Monthly Statement”), pursuant to sections 327, 330 and 331 of title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”), Rule 2016 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (the “Bankruptcy Rules”) and Rule 2016-1 of the Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Local Bankruptcy Rules”), Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (“DRC” or the “Applicant”) administrative agent to the above captioned debtors and debtors in possession (the “Debtors”), hereby seeks compensation for reasonable and necessary fees incurred for the period commencing on July 1, 2021 through and including July 31, 2021 (the “Statement Period”). In accordance with the Order Granting Debtors’ Motion For Order Pursuant To Bankruptcy Code Sections 105(A) And 331, Bankruptcy Rule 2016, And Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1 Establishing Procedures For Interim Compensation And Reimbursement Of Expenses Of Professionals, dated October 13, 2020 [Doc. No. 115] (the “Interim Compensation Order”), DRC seeks (i) allowance of reasonable and necessary fees incurred during the Statement Period in a total amount equal to $7,078.00 and payment of $5,662.40, or 80% of the total amount, and (ii) reimbursement of actual, reasonable and necessary expenses incurred during the Statement Period in an amount equal to $0.00. SERVICES RENDERED AND EXPENSES INCURRED PRELIMINARY STATEMENT 1. Attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 is a summary of DRC professionals by individual, setting forth the (a) name and title of each individual who provided services during the Statement Period, (b) aggregate hours spent by each individual, and (c) hourly billing rate for each such individual at DRC’s current billing rate.

2. Attached hereto as Exhibit A-2 is a summary of services rendered and compensation sought, by project category, for the Statement Period. 3. Attached hereto as Exhibit A-3 are itemized time records of DRC professionals for the Statement Period. NOTICE AND OBJECTION PROCEDURES 4. Notice of this Monthly Statement shall be given by hand, electronic mail, or overnight delivery upon (i) William K. 6. If no objection to the Monthly Statement are received by the Objection Deadline, the Debtors shall promptly pay DRC 80% of the fees and 100% of the expenses identified in the Monthly Statement. 7. To the extent that an objection to this Monthly Statement is received on or before the Objection Deadline, the Debtors shall withhold payment of that portion of this Monthly Statement to which the objection is directed and promptly pay the remainder of the fees and disbursements in the percentages set forth above. To the extent such an objection is not resolved, it shall be preserved and presented to this Court at the next interim fee application hearing. DRC may seek an order from the Court with respect to any such objection on notice and a hearing at any time prior to the next interim fee application hearing. 8. Failure to file an objection to this Monthly Statement shall not act as a waiver of any parties’ rights to object to any subsequent monthly statement.
