in support of the Debtors’ application (the “Application”), for authorization to retain and employ CBIZ as financial advisors and consultants to the Debtors, pursuant to sections 327(a), 328 and 1107 of title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) and Rule 2014 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedures (the “Bankruptcy Rules”). [ECF No. 15]. 4. I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein and, if called as a witness, I could and would testify thereto. 5. The Court approved the Debtors’ retention of CBIZ in an Order entered on October 7, 2020 [ECF No. 105] (the “Retention Order”). Among other things, the Retention Order authorizes CBIZ to render “such other general services consulting or other such assistance as the Debtors or their counsel may deem necessary.” Retention Order at 4(p). 6. CBIZ wishes to supplement the Declarations to disclose the Debtors’ request expanding CBIZ’s scope of services to providing tax compliance services for tax year 2020. The Debtors have requested that CBIZ expand their scope of services to include providing tax compliance services for tax year 2020 so as to avoid interest and penalties accruing to the estates. CBIZ believes that these services fall within the services approved in the Retention Order. 7. Additionally, CBIZ believes this update is appropriate as continuing disclosure under the Retention Order, Sections 327, 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, Rules 2014 and 2016 of the Bankruptcy Rules 2014-1 and 2016-1 of the Local Rules. 8. CBIZ files this supplemental declaration to inform the Court, the Office of the United States Trustee and all parties in interest of the expanded scope of services. The remainder of the facts set forth in the Declarations and the Application remain unchanged. 9. CBIZ fully understands the need to disclose the information contained in this declaration especially in connection with any application for compensation under Section 330 or

331 of the Bankruptcy Code. CBIZ is providing this Declaration prior to seeking compensation, in part, to avoid post hoc objections to any such compensation application or statement.
