General Notes: The Debtor’s utilize 2 Company QuickBooks files / Accounting Ledgers; 1) Maison Kayser (MK), which includes all Debtor entities except Cosmoledo2) Cosmoledo The Debtor utilized these two accounting ledgers to record financial activity for each Debtor to produce profit and loss statements. However all financial activity related to the balance sheets of each of the entities accounted for in the MK ledger was not recorded in a manner sufficient to produce individual Balance Sheets for the Debtors accounted for in the MK ledger. An Order was entered on November 2, 2020 approving the sale of substantially all of the Debtors' assets. This Monthly Operating Report reflects the results of this sale and accounts for various losses and relinquishments of debts associated with the approval of the aforementioned sale.
