Major Activities Affecting Case Closing: 7/13/21 -- This case was commenced by the filing of a voluntary Chapter 11 petition on May 2, 2019. On September 16, 2021, the case was convertedto Chapter 7. The trustee is holding no funds in this case. The trustee has employed Reed & Elmquist, P.C. to assist her in the investigation of thedebtor's assets, liabilities and financial affairs. Counsel for the trustee has made a limited investigation into the debtor's financial affairs. The trusteehas determined that virtually all of the assets of the debtor are encumbered by perfected security interests in the debtor's assets held by Origin Bank.
