for a total of $32,560.40 for the period April 1, 2021 through April 30, 20212 (the “Compensation Period”). In support of this Application, Foley respectfully represents as follows: Background 1. On April 30, 2020 (the “Petition Date”), the above-captioned debtor and debtor in possession (collectively, the “Debtor”) filed voluntary petition with this Court for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor manage and operate its business as debtor in possession under sections 1107(a) and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. 2. No trustee or examiner has been appointed in these Chapter 11 Cases. 3. On May 21, 2020, the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Delaware (the “U.S. Trustee”) appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”), consisting of the following three members: (i) Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., (ii) M.A. Rigoni, Inc., (iii) Peninsula Pipeline Company, Inc., (iv) Mahild Drying Technologies and (v) Warn Act Plaintiffs. [Docket No. 82]. 4. Also on May 26, 2020, the Committee selected Foley as its lead counsel, Morris James LLP (“Morris James”) as its Delaware counsel, and Berkeley Research Group, LLC (“Berkeley”) as its financial advisor. 5. On July 14, 2020, the Court entered the Order Authorizing the Employment and Retention of Foley and Lardner LLP as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Klausner Lumber One LLC, nunc pro tunc to May 26, 2020 [Docket No. 200]. Compensation Paid and its Source 6. All services for which compensation are requested by Foley were performed for or on behalf of the Committee. 2 This invoice contains three time entries from March that were inadvertently omitted from the March invoice.

Foley has received no payment and no promises for payment from any source for services rendered or to be rendered in any capacity whatsoever in connection with the matters covered by this Application. There is no agreement or understanding between Foley and any other person other than the Partners of Foley for the sharing of compensation to be received for services rendered in these cases. Fee Statement 8. The fee statement for the Compensation Period is attached hereto as Exhibit A. This statement contains daily time logs describing the time spent by each attorney and paraprofessional for the Compensation Period. To the best of Foley’s knowledge, this Application complies with Sections 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, the applicable Bankruptcy Rules, Local Rule 2016-2, applicable Third Circuit law and the Administrative Order. Actual and Necessary Expenses 9. Foley believes the foregoing rates are the market rates that the majority of law firms charge clients for such services. In addition, Foley believes that such charges are in accordance with the American Bar Association’s (“ABA”) guidelines, as set forth in the ABA’s Statement of Principles, dated January 12, 1995, regarding billing for disbursements and other charges. 10. Foley provides the following additional information referred to in Section C.5 of the Appendix B Guidelines for Reviewing Applications for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses Filed Under States Code by Attorneys in Larger Chapter 11 Cases (the “UST Guidelines”): a. During Compensation Period, Foley did not agree to any variations from, or alternatives to, its standard or customary billing rates, fees or terms for services pertaining to this engagement.

b. None of the timekeepers included in the Application have varied their rates based on the geographic location of the bankruptcy case. c. The Application does not include time or fees related to reviewing or revising time records or preparing, reviewing, or revising invoices. d. The Application does not include time or fees for reviewing time records to redact any privileged or other confidential information. Summary of Services Rendered 11. The Foley attorneys who have rendered professional services in these cases are as follows: Alissa M. Nann and Mark J. Wolfson. 12. The paraprofessional who has provided services to these attorneys in this case is as follows: Edna Dianne Thomas-Nichols. 13. Foley, by and through the above-named persons, has prepared and/or assisted in the activities described below with respect to the above-captioned case, including advising the Committee on a regular basis with respect to various matters in connection with these cases and has performed all necessary professional services, which are described and narrated in detail hereinafter. B110 Case Administration Fees: $647.50; Total Hours: 1.10 This category includes matters related to administrative tasks necessary to assist the Committee in its statutory oversight role, including but not limited to coordination and compliance matters, attend court hearings, monitoring calendars for critical dates, meetings regarding cases status and next steps, as well as preparation and filing of administrative filings. B150 Meetings of and Communications with Creditors Fees: $2,125.00; Total Hours: 2.50

This category includes preparation for and attending conferences and meetings with Committee members and professionals, including routine communications with Committee members and professionals, as well as responding to inquiries of general unsecured creditors. B160 Fee/Employment Applications Fees: $590.00; Total Hours: 1.10 This category includes all matters related to preparation of Foley’s monthly fee statements and interim fee applications. Attorneys and paraprofessionals of Foley have expended a total of 48.50 hours in connection with this matter during the Compensation Period, as follows: ATTORNEYS HOURS HOURLY RATE Mark J. The nature of the work performed by these persons is fully set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. These are Foley’s normal hourly rates for work of this character. The reasonable value of the services rendered by Foley to the Committee during the Compensation Period is $32,560.40 (80% of $40,700.50). 16. In accordance with the factors enumerated in Section 330 of the Bankruptcy Code, it is respectfully submitted that the amount requested by Foley is fair and reasonable given (a) the complexity of this case, (b) the time expended, (c) the nature and extent of the services rendered, (d) the value of such services and (e) the costs of comparable services other than in a case under this title. Moreover, Foley has reviewed the requirements of Local Rule 2016-2 and believes that this Application complies with that Rule.
