settlements embodied therein; and the Court having determined that no further notice of the Claim Stipulation must be given; it is herby ORDERED that the Motion is granted and the Claim Stipulation is approved; and it is further ORDERED that Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc., KL1’s and KL2’s noticing and claims agent, is authorized to update the KL1’s and KL2’s claim register to reflect the relief granted in this Order; and it is further ORDERED that KL1 and KL2 are authorized to take any and all actions as may be necessary to complete, effectuate and implement the terms and provisions of the Claim Stipulation; and it is further ORDERED that KL1 and KL2 are authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuate the relief granted pursuant to this Order in accordance with the Motion; and it is further Ordered that this Order shall take effect immediately upon entry and shall not be stayed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rules 6004(h), 7062 or otherwise; and it is further ORDERED that notice of the Motion as provided therein shall be deemed good and sufficient notice of such Motion and the requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 6004(a) and the Local Rules are satisfied by such notice; and it is further ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction to (i) enforce and implement the terms and provisions of the Claim Stipulation, (ii) resolve any disputes arising under or in connection with the Claim Stipulation and any related documents, and (iii) interpret, implement, and enforce the provisions of this Order.
