Mr. Blythe has been admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against him and he has remained a member in good standing of those bars. 2. Mr. Blythe is familiar with the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.

I am an attorney at the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. which has an address at One Financial Center, Boston, MA 02111. 2. Since 2011, I have been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 3. I am a member in good standing in all bars identified above and not currently suspended or disbarred in any jurisdiction and have not disciplinary proceedings pending in any jurisdiction. 4. Pursuant to Rule 83.2 of the United District Court Rules for the District of New Hampshire and LBR 2090-1(b) of the Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire (the “LBR”), I am in good standing in every jurisdiction in which I have been admitted to practice, there are no disciplinary proceedings pending against me in any jurisdiction in which I have been admitted to practice and I have reviewed and am familiar with the LBR. 4.
