On December 23, 2020, the Court entered its Order setting the Status Conference Motion for hearing on January 19, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. (EST), (Docket No. 3119) (“Status Conference Hearing”). The Court reviewed the Status Conference Motion and the Debtors’ Response. The Status Conference Hearing was held as scheduled. During the Status Conference Hearing the United States Trustee agreed to the deadlines proposed by the Debtors in paragraph 1 of the Debtors’ Response.
