1 2 Establishing Procedures for Interim Monthly Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses 3 Professionals [Docket No. 68] (the “Administrative Fee Order”), and the Order Authorizin 4 Appointment and Retention of Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. as Administrative Adviso 5 Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 327(A), 330, 331 and 1103(A) and Federal Rules of Bankruptc 6 Procedure 2014 and 2016, Nunc Pro Tunc to December 1, 2020 [Docket No. 610) (th7 “Retention Order”).1 8 This Application is made and based upon the following points and authorities, th9 declaration of Roland Tomforde filed in support of this Application, the papers and pleadings o10 file herein, judicial notice of which is respectfully requested pursuant to Federal Rule11 Evidence 201, and any argument of counsel at the time of hearing on the Application. 12 I. STANDARD FOR ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION 13 1. Under section 330(a)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Court may award th14 Debtors’ administrative advisor the reasonable compensation for all actual, necessary service15 rendered by such administrative advisor and professionals employed by them based on th16 nature, extent and value of the services rendered, time spent on such services and the cost o17 comparable services other than in a bankruptcy case. 18 II. RELEVANT BACKGROUND 19 2. DRC is a corporation that provides claims administration, noticing, ballotin20 tabulation, and disbursement services, and facilitates other administrative aspects of chapter 121 bankruptcy cases. By the Retention Order, the Court granted the Debtors’ application pursua22 to section 327(a) of the Bankruptcy Code to retain DRC as its administrative advisor in th23 Debtors’ chapter 11 cases (the “Chapter 11 Cases”). 24 3. Through this Application, DRC seeks final allowance of fees in the amount 25 $20,389.60 for services rendered on behalf of the Debtors during the Compensation Perio26 27 1 The total fees listed on DRC’s billing statements of $20,389.60, are for a period starting December 1, 202through May 31, 2021. DRC did not incur any out-of-pocket costs as administrative advisor to the Debtors durin28 the Compensation Period.

DRC believes that the services rendered to the Debtors and the fees incurred wer4 necessary and reasonable in view of the size and complexity of these cases and given that th5 services performed by DRC assisted the Debtors’ in meeting their fiduciary obligations. 6 II. SUMMARY OF SERVICES RENDERED 7 5. DRC has maintained detailed records of the time spent in the rendition 8 professional services to the Debtors during the Compensation Period. Attached hereto a 9 Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by reference are true and correct copies of the monthly billin10 statements prepared for the services rendered in these Chapter 11 cases by DRC. The billin11 statements are in the same form regularly used by DRC to bill its clients for services rendere12 and includes the date that the services were rendered, a detailed, contemporaneous narrativ13 description of the services provided, the amount of time spent for each service and th14 designation of the professional who performed the service. 15 6. To provide a meaningful summary of the services rendered by DRC on behalf 9 the Debtors during the Compensation Period, DRC established separate project billing categorie10 in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases. The general areas in which DRC has rendered service11 to the Debtors during the Compensation Period are summarized as follows: 12 (a) DRC professionals prepared this Application; (b) DRC professionals assisted the Debtors in preparing their section 3213 engagement pleadings, including the retention application and engageme14 agreement; and (c) DRC professionals worked on the solicitation of votes, including revie15 of solicitation documents and materials, processing of ballots an16 tabulation of votes, and drafting a declaration related to voting tabulation. 17 8. DRC rendered 112.1 hours of professional services during the Compensatio18 Period resulting in fees totaling $20,389.60.
