Attached as Exhibit A is a clean copy of a revised form of Order GrantingCombined Fourth Monthly and First Interim Fee Application of Reed Smith LLP, Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period November 12, 2020 Through April 30, 2021 (the “Revised Order”). The Revised Order corrects the proposed of form order filed with the Application. The Revised Order has corrected the discounted fees ($301,515.00) and expenses ($1,236.85) requested in the Application pursuant to terms of Reed Smith’s retention. 5. Following informal communications with counsel to the United States Trustee(Rosa Sierra, Esq.), the United States Trustee has indicated that she does not object to entry of Revised Order. 6. Based on the foregoing, the Committee respectfully requests that the Court enterthe Revised Order attached as Exhibit A. 2 The Committee informally extended the objection deadline for the Office of the United State Trustee to June 11, 2021.
