Miller, the duly appointed chapter 7 trustee 22 (“Trustee”) for the bankruptcy estate (the “Estate”) of Girardi Keese (the “Debtor”) has filed an 23 application to employ iDiscovery Solutions (“IDS”) as her computer consulting experts, effective 24 January 14, 2021 (the “Application”). 25 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the professional services that IDS will 26 render to the Trustee may include, but are not limited to services which include privileged 27 consulting services in connection with the Bankruptcy Case, including but not limited to 28

1 collections, storage, analysis and processing of electronically stored information and, as 2 necessary. forensic analysis and other computer consulting services as required by the Trustee. 3 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that IDS has not received, and shall not receive, 4 a retainer from the Trustee for its services. For the accounting services and costs incurred by 5 IDS, the Trustee proposes that IDS be compensated on the following basis: after due notice, IDS 6 will, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 330 and 331, apply to the Court for allowance and payment of fees 7 and costs not more frequently than every 120 days (except as may be requested or ordered by the 8 Court), which application will be heard upon notice to the Debtor, creditors, and other interested 9 parties. IDS has agreed to accept such fees as may be awarded by the Court. The hourly rates 10 for IDS are as set forth on the retention agreement attached to the Application.. 11 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any party wishing to obtain a copy of the 12 Application may do so by contacting the Trustee in writing at the address or e-mail on the upper 13 left hand corner of this Notice. 14 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you do not oppose the Application, you 15 need not take any further action. However, any objection and request for hearing, in the form 16 required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-1(f), must be filed with the Court and served on the 17 Trustee and the Office of the United States Trustee located at 915 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1850, 18 Los Angeles, CA 90017, not later than 14 days, plus three days for service by mail or pursuant to 19 F.R.Civ.P. 5(b)(2)(D) or (F), after the date of service of this notice.
