While no objection4 were received by the Trustee or filed with the Court, the Clerk of the Court requested tha 5 DRC include additional language in the Application regarding the terms of its retention 6 and the services it is providing as consultant and claims and noticing agent. The Truste7 and DRC agreed to supplement the Application to describe in further detail the services 8 to be performed by DRC as follows: 9 1.
