Premises and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 843] (the “Motion”) was filed with the Court, along with a proposed form of order granting the Motion. 2. Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing filed with the Motion, the deadline to object or otherwise respond to the Motion was June 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). 3. On June 18, 2021, objections to the Motion were filed by (i) the City of Long Beach [Docket No. 870] (the “City of Long Beach Objection”) and (ii) Vivendi Ticketing U.S. LLC d/b/a SeeTickets (“SeeTickets”) [Docket No. 873] (the “SeeTickets Objection”). 4. On July 2, 2021, the Debtors filed an Omnibus Reply in further support of the relief sought in the Motion [Docket No. 908] (the “Reply”) and, attached thereto, a revised form of proposed order granting the Motion. 5. Prior to the hearing on July 7, 2021 (the “Hearing”), the Debtors further revised the proposed form of order granting the Motion (the “Revised Proposed Order”). At the Hearing, the Court granted the Motion, overruling the City of Long Beach Objection, and approved the Revised Proposed Order for the reasons stated on the record. Following the Hearing, counsel for SeeTickets confirmed that the language in the Revised Proposed Order resolves the SeeTickets Objection. 6. A copy of the Revised Proposed Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A. A blackline comparing the Revised Proposed Order against the form of order attached to the Reply is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 7.
