2. Pursuant to the Notice of Motion, objections, if any, to the Motion were to be filed and served upon counsel for the Debtors no later than 4:00 p.m. (ET) on June 1, 2021. 3. On June 1, 2021, the City of Long Beach filed its Limited Objection of the City of Long Beach to the Debtors’ Motion for Order, Under Section 365(d)(4) of Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 9006, Extending Time Within Which Debtors May Assume or Reject Unexpired Leases of Nonresidential Real Property [Docket No. 803] (the “Objection”). As of the date hereof, no other objections to the Motion appear on the Court’s docket for these cases or were otherwise received by the undersigned counsel to the Debtors. 4. The Original Proposed Order was revised to provide that, with respect to the QM Leases, the relief sought in the Motion is continued to the hearing scheduled for July 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). A copy of the revised form of order (the “Revised Proposed Order”) reflecting such changes is attached hereto as Exhibit A. A blackline comparing the Revised Proposed Order against the Original Proposed Order is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 5. The City of Long Beach has reviewed the Revised Proposed Order and indicated no objection to its entry.
