2. Pursuant to the Notice of Motion, objections, if any, to the Motion were to be filed and served upon counsel for the Debtors no later than 4:00 p.m. (ET) on June 1, 2021. 3. As of the date hereof, no objections to the Motion appear on the Court’s docket for these cases or were otherwise received by the undersigned counsel to the Debtors. 4. The Debtors have revised the proposed order granting the Motion to incorporate a change to ensure contract counterparties receive notice of effective date of rejection, both by service and by filing. A similar change was made in connection with the now approved motion to reject certain management and franchise-related contracts. See Docket No. 784. The change does not prejudice any party. 5. A revised proposed order granting the Motion and incorporating the above-described change to the Original Proposed Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Revised Proposed Order”). A blackline comparing the Revised Proposed Order against the Original Proposed Order is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 6.
