IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The Motion is GRANTED, as set forth herein. 2. Potter Anderson is authorized to withdraw as counsel to the Urban Commons Parties in the Proceedings. 3. Everest Discovery LLC (“Everest”) shall preserve all raw data and documents it obtained from the Urban Commons Parties in the course of its engagement by such parties, including without limitation all files obtained from the Urban Commons Parties’ Google Vault and Dropbox accounts (collectively, the “Discovery Materials”), until either (a) further order of the Court or (b) its receipt of written consent from both the Debtors and the Committee. Nothing herein shall prevent Everest from providing copies of the Discovery Materials to any party, including without limitation the chapter 7 trustee in the chapter 7 bankruptcy case of Urban Commons LLC, so long as Everest retains all original copies of the Discovery Materials. 4. Potter Anderson agrees to preserve all documents and data received from, all communications with, and all other documents and data relating to its engagement by the Urban Commons Parties that are stored in Potter Anderson’s Document Management System (DMS) and its email server. To the extent Potter Anderson has substantive documents or data relating to its engagement in other locations (including, without limitation, paper documents), such documents and data will also be preserved. 5. The Urban Commons Parties shall have twenty-eight (28) days from entry of this Order for counsel to appear on their behalf in the following Adversary Proceedings: Adv. Case. No. 21-50082 (CSS); Adv.
