and (ii) in the amount of $63,027.102 together with reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the amount of $0.00 for the final period commencing May 17, 2020 through and including April 30, 2021 (the “Final Compensation Period”). In support of this Application, DRC respectfully represents as follows: JURISDICTION 1. This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and the Amended Standing Order of Reference from the United States District Court for the District of Delaware dated as of February 29, 2012. Venue is proper in this District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409. The statutory predicates for the relief sought herein are sections 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 2016 and Local Rule 2016-2. BACKGROUND 2. On May 17, 2020 (the “Petition Date”), each of the Debtors filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. 3. On May 29, 2020, the Debtors filed the Debtors’ Application For Entry Of An Order Authorizing The Debtors to Retain and Employ Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. As Administrative Advisor, Effective Nunc Pro Tunc To The Petition Date [Docket No. 132] (the “Employment Application”). On June 17, 2020, the Court entered the Order Granting Debtors’ Application for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Debtors to Retain and Employ Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. Petition Date (the “DRC Retention Order”) [Docket No. 212]. The DRC Retention Order authorized DRC to be compensated on an hourly basis and to be reimbursed for actual and necessary out-of-pocket expenses. 4. On August 20, 2020 DRC filed the Notice of Interim Fee Application Request [D.I. 564] (the “First Interim Fee Application”) seeking allowance in the amount of $38,912.50 as compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses incurred in the amount of $0.00 during the period May 17, 2020 through July 31, 2020 (the “First Interim Compensation Period”). 5. On March 9, 2021 DRC filed the Second Interim Fee Application Request Of Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. As Administrative Advisor For The Debtors And Debtors In Possession, For Allowance Of Monthly Compensation And For Monthly Reimbursement Of All Actual And Necessary Expenses Incurred For The Period August 1, 2020 Through January 31, 2021 [D.I. 1263] (the “Second Interim Fee Application”) seeking allowance in the amount of $7,969.20 as compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses incurred in the amount of $0.00 during the period August 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021 (the “Second Interim Compensation Period”). 6. On March 11, 2021, this court entered the Findings Of Fact, Conclusions Of Law, And Order (I) Approving Amended Combined Disclosure Statement And Chapter 11 Plan Of Liquidation As Containing Adequate Information On A Final Basis And (II) Confirming Amended Combined Disclosure Statement And Chapter 11 Plan Of Liquidation [Docket No. 1272]. The chapter 11 plan of liquidation went effective on April 30, 2021. 7. All services for which compensation is requested by DRC were performed for or on behalf of the Debtors.

DRC has received no payment and no promises for payment from any source other than the Debtors for services rendered as administrative advisor during the Final Compensation Period in connection with the Debtors’ chapter 11 cases. There exists no agreement or understanding between DRC and any other person for the sharing of any compensation to be received for services rendered by DRC in the Debtors’ chapter 11 cases. SUMMARY OF SERVICES RENDERED FOR THIRD INTERIM COMPENSATION PERIOD 9. Attached hereto as Exhibit A are detailed statements of fees incurred during the Third Interim Compensation Period3 showing the aggregate amount of $15,125.10 due for fees. 10. The services rendered by DRC during the Third Interim Compensation Period are grouped into the categories set forth in Exhibit A. The professionals who rendered services relating to each category are identified, along with the number of hours for each individual and the total compensation sought for each category. 11. Annexed as Exhibit B and made part hereof is the Certification of Roland Tomforde, pursuant to Section 504 of the Bankruptcy Code. DISBURSEMENTS 12. DRC did not incur any out-of-pocket disbursements as administrative advisor to the Debtors during the Third Interim Compensation Period. VALUATION OF SERVICES 13. DRC professionals expended a total of 84.5 hours in connection with this matter during the Third Interim Compensation Period as follows: 3 DRC did not incur any fees as administrative advisor to the Debtors for the period April 1, 2021 through April 30,

14. The amount of time spent by each of these persons providing services to the Debtors for the Third Interim Compensation Period is fully set forth in the detail attached hereto as Exhibit A. These are DRC’s normal hourly rates of compensation for work of this character. The reasonable value of the services rendered by DRC for the Third Interim Compensation Period as administrative advisor for the Debtors in these chapter 11cases is $15,125.10. 15. DRC believes that the time entries included in Exhibit A attached hereto attached hereto are in compliance with the requirements of Local Rule 2016-2. 16. In accordance with the factors enumerated in 11 U.S.C. §330, the amount requested is fair and reasonable given (a) the complexity of these cases, (b) the time expended, (c) the nature and extent of the services rendered, (d) the value of such services, and (e) the costs of comparable services other than in a case under this title. 17. This Third Interim Compensation Period covers the period February 1, 2021 through April 30, 2021 (the effective date). 4 As provided in the terms of its engagement letter with the Debtors, attached to the DRC Retention Order, DRC’s

20. During the Final Compensation Period, DRC performed necessary services for the Debtors and their estates. As set forth in prior monthly applications and in the First Interim Fee Application and the Second Interim Fee Application, in accordance with the factors enumerated in 11 U.S.C. § 330, approval of the fees requested for the Final Compensation Period is fair and reasonable given: (a) the complexity of these cases, (b) the time expended, (c) the nature and extent of the services rendered, (d) the value of such services, and (e) the costs of comparable services other than in a case under this title.

CONCLUSION WHEREFORE, DRC requests that the Court enter an order: (i) authorizing compensation for professional services rendered during the Third Interim Compensation Period in the amount of $15,125.10 and reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses incurred during the Third Interim Compensation Period in the amount of $0.00; (ii) authorizing compensation for professional services rendered during the Final Compensation Period in the amount of $63,027.107 (the “Final Compensation Amount”), and reimbursement of actual and necessaryexpenses incurred during the Final Compensation Period in the amount of $0.00 on a final basis; (iii) directing the Debtors and the Comcar Wind-Down Trust to pay the Final Compensation Amount to DRC, less any amounts already paid; and (iv) granting such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.
