The OCP Report is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 2. The adjustment resulted from the addition of three invoices submitted after the Debtor filed its prior OCP Report. No Ordinary Course Professional exceeded the OCP Fee Limits as a result of these adjustments. 2 The payments shown here were made during the period from November 2, 2017 through June 30, 2021, although payees may not have cashed checks for some of these payments until after June 30, 2021. Total payments shown here are net of any refunds received after November 1, 2017 and before July 1, 2021. 3 During this chapter 11 case, Barnes & Thornburg LLP has incurred fees in the aggregate amount of $502,918.74 and expenses in the aggregate amount of $46,812.68. Pursuant to paragraph 4 of the OCP Order, on June 9, 2021, the Debtor, the Asbestos Committee, the Future Claimants’ Representative and the United States Bankruptcy Administrator agreed to increase the aggregate OCP Limit from $500,000 to $750,000.
