The Court finds that the notice and opportunity for hearing is proper and adequate and that no other or further notice is necessary. 2. Schachter Harris, LLP (“Schachter Harris”) rendered valuable services to the Debtor’s estate during Chapter 11 proceedings as Special Litigation Counsel from November 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021. 3. Schachter Harris incurred reasonable costs and expenses on behalf of the Debtor from November 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021. 4. The amounts requested by Schachter Harris are fair and reasonable given (a) the complexity of the case; (b) the time expended; (c) the nature and extent of the services rendered; (d) the value of such services; and (e) the costs of comparable services other than in a case under this title. 5. Thus, Schachter Harris is entitled to interim approval of fees of $728,649.00, which such fees were incurred for reasonable, actual and necessary professional services rendered by Schachter Harris on behalf of the Debtor during the Interim Period. 6. Schachter Harris is entitled to interim reimbursement of expenses incurred during the Interim Period of $382,952.83, which such expenses are reasonable, actual and necessary. Based upon the foregoing and for good cause shown, it is therefore ORDERED that:
