that the Administration of All Remaining Matters in Respect of Affiliate Cases Take Place in the Open Case; (C) Amendment of the Order Directing Joint Administration of the Chapter 11 Cases; and (D) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 980] (the “Motion”). 2. Pursuant to the Notice of Motion, objections were due on June 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., which deadline was extended for the United States Trustee. 3. The Debtors received certain informal comments to the Motion from the United States Trustee, which comments have been incorporated into the revised proposed order. No other responses were received. 4. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a revised proposed order granting the Motion. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a blackline of the revised proposed order against the version originally filed with the Motion. 5. The Debtors therefore request that the Court enter the revised proposed order attached hereto as Exhibit A at its earliest convenience. Counsel is available at the request of the Court.
